Alderley Edge Golf Club

Played the course for the first time yesterday, could not have had a better welcome. Course in excellent condition, fast and true greens and well maintained fairways. We played on a 2-fore-1 voucher whch made for excellent value. Each hole was varied with holes 5 through 9 all displaying changes in elevation that makes for good course management to score well. So Impressed was I that I'm playing the course again tomorrow.

A very enjoyable undulating 9-hole course. A stream comes into play on six holes and makes the course more of a challenge. The par-3 8th has a 170 yard carry from elevated tee to elevated green which is difficult to hold. They have varied the tees for a number of the holes for the second 9 which helped to maintain interest. Greens and fairways in good condition.
