Ballina Golf Club

The new club house is now open serving great food and beer. The views of the course from the bar are beautiful. The course is still being developed and the greens were a bit rough but should be great in a few weeks time.The green fees are now 30 euros on weekdays ,about£21 but still worth it for a few days

A traditional parklands venue that is undergoing extensive work at present (05/2005). New sprinkler system is being installed on the course and the new clubhouse still awaits completion.(should be finished in June...but they didn't say what year!!) However as a society venue it was a joy to play. A fair challenge to all levels of handicap. Ballina Members making the best of temporary Portakabin facilities including a bar with one of the best pints of guinness for miles!! A superb warm and friendly welcome from all, with many members loaning personal trolleys to our 23 strong party for our round, as the club had run out of trolleys for hire on the day we played!p aht a
