I played Broomieknowe for the first last week, and i would highly reccomend. Its a parkland course just off the edinburgh city bypass, but the tree lined fairways make you feel like you a million miles away. The course is flat and even though i bought a strokesaver its fairly obvious where to go next. The course has a mix of couple of fives, short fours and interesting par three's. I enjoyed my round and shot a 68 first time round net 67. My only tip is don't go right off the third it cost me a tripple!!
