Nice little track this one...It's a parkland course with a good mixture of holes. Some are very tight and some are generous...I think this had something to do with the age of the holes as a few holes were added after the original design. The views of the surrounding coutryside are great and reminiscent of parts of Scotland. Clubhouse wasnt the best I have ever seen but everyone there was extremely friendly which I suppose is the norm in Ireland! All in all definately worth a crack if you're in this neck of the woods.
A very enjoyable course just 1 mile from the town. It is mixed in terms of new holes and old holes, as after the 5th hole you move onto the newest part of the course, which is alot more open than 1-5. Found that greens were not very fast, but the round was not expensive, and the welcome and the attitude of the staff was extremely friendly.
