Gorstyhill Golf Club

Played this course twice in July 2008. I found the course to be in excellent condition with large well kept unduating greens, just the job to make you think. The people I met were very friendly and made a drop-in visitor welcome. The back 9 is more challenging than the front. Very interesting par 3's. For a Senior golfer a buggy is a wise extra as its quite hilly in places but most people seem to walk it without too much effort. I would say that its a good choice no matter what your ability, the high handicapper will still play a rewarding game but the better golfer will also find more than enough to challenge him/her. Some beautiful scenery too. They have special offers on, check website, at these prices it is a bargain!
