A fantastic day's golf. The course was challenging but fair as plenty of water hazards really make you think about your approach shots. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially in the pro-shop. Thoroughly enjoyable and well worth a visit.
We added Gracehill to our rotation of golf courses for our biennial trip to Bushmills. We were glad we got the opportunity to play this fabulous course. On the way in, we talked to a gentleman who was wearing a shirt sporting "Captain, 2000-2001" on it. He said that the course plays longer than posted and to lay up to the water if you were questioning if you could carry it. We listened and played his suggestions! Had a great day.
Excellent course - very different from the links courses in Northern Ireland. The water hazards make the course not only very challenging but exciting and fun. I'll definitely be back in the summer.
I have just joing this course as an overseas member. I have been living and playing in the London and Surrey for the last 9 years. I have played some of the best courses in Surrey, and i had a society handicap of 14, so when i went home and played and joined Gracehill, after 5 rounds i put my cards in and i achieved at offical IGU handicp of 24. This just shows you how good a test of golf Gracehills is. It is well worth a visit if you are very in N Ireland. Since i have come back my mates will not play me of 24 for our usual side bets.
