Halesworth Golf Club

We played this course when we had about 5 weeks of sun and I have to say the course stood up well,the greens were first class. We hit a few balls in the range and putted on a nice practice green.Use of the driver around this course is not recommended as the two people I played with both lost there balls on the first as there is some deep rough on both sides of a narrow fairway. The course if it was not so dry would have been a real test but I was hitting a 3 wood over 270 without effort on the bone dry fairways but as I have written the greens were fantastic.When we played there were about ten two balls in front but we were not held up once a very good pace was played. After just over 3 hours and 45 minutes we came to the last of what must be said a good days golf.We stayed for a shower and a pint and really enjoyed our visit one that we will go back to in the very near future. Price for the round £18.00. Please take you handicap certificate as it may be needed. Best hole on the course we have to be 12th Dog-leg Par 5
