Harbour Point Golf Club

played this course on a Ryder cup format 3 days(29th -31st september 2006 and going out as for balls. explained to my society that if they see any pitch marks on the green repair theirs and one other was disappointed in that my guys were doing their bit but the members were not.we were told off on the friday for taking 4 and a half hours for a four ball, when i explaind to the manager that is exceptable since we didnt know the course hesid that members had complained. about it if you take a society to harbour point make sure you tee-off AFTER the members. also found on the sunday members marking their cards on the green before leaving it. making our fourballs 5 hours on the sunday.

Nice clubhouse, helpful staff - shame about the members! be carefull about booking times particularly sat/sun morning before 11am as they are reserved for members and they are very protective over them. The reservations desk will say "no problem" to getting you away at those time but the reality is different. We had a very bad experience as a result of being mislead so be careful!\r\n\r\nThe course (played at the end of April) was in fair nick - pretty open but with narrow, well defined fairways. Greens are ok - good for what maounts to a pay and play.
