2 reviews of Lee Park Golf Club

Lee Park is an easy walking but challenging course with 6 dog-legs which require accurate driving to attack the small, well-protected raised greens. A good short game is a priority to achieve par. The course has improved significantly over the last 10 years and has just been awarded the silver category in the independent review carried out by HSBC assessors. Next year the Club will be hosting the Lancashire vs Cheshire Juniors on behalf of the Lancashire Golf Union as well as being a venue for the Liverpool Alliance (professionals) circuit , further testimony to its condition. As the Manager of Lee Park, I can assure you of a warm welcome both as as a visitor or with a Society.

The course appointed a new greenkeeper in 1997 and since then he and the club Council have embarked on a development strategy that has imroved the course enormously. As a member I am biased but it is a friendly club and visitors will receive a warm welcome.
