Les Ormes Golf and Leisure Club

Played here in the final of the National Nines Championships. Although the course is very short, it is also quiet tight in places. The views over the bay are great, but on the downside, when standing on the first green you are very close to the airplanes when they are planning to take off. The condition of the fairways and rough were good, but the course is let down by the condtion of the greens, very bumpy and not very fast. The best holes are two of the par threes, the 4th 186 yards, with not much room for error and the last, again 186 yards, both need accurate tee shots. The overall condtion of the holiday village is very good as the lodges we stayed were only one year old.
