Our fourball had a good time here last Friday. We played the Red/Yellow combination. The course is a decent parkland track in an area more renowned for its links courses. It was surprisingly dry, given the amount of rain there has been recently and the greens were in excellent condition for the time of year. There was plenty of work going on, so I'm sure it will be in tip top shape later in the year. The manager Mark Gannon was tremendously helpful when I booked by e mail, giving us information about the lovely town of Malahide into the bargain. The staff in the pro shop and the members we met made us welcome too. It cost 30 euros, which we thought excellent value. Unfortunately we were summoned to the sights of Dublin by those who must be obeyed before we had a chance to visit the clubhouse, which certainly looks impressive from the outside.
