I played Monkstown at the beginning of July. The course was in excellent condition and the greens were superb, very fast and true but they held well. £25 (I) represented very good value, the staff were very helpful and the members really friendly. Mind you when we arrived at 9 o'clock the course was deserted and we walked straight on. One note of caution. The third hole is the steepest hill I have ever been down, anywhere!! If ever you are in this area this is a must play course.
