2 reviews of Peterculter Golf Club

Although a short course a interesting and challenging test of golf as well as stamina. Especially the 14 th which can only be described as a real hike all uphill!. My personal favourite is the fourth hole. I leave it to you to discover for yourself. The meals are excellent and tremendous value for money and the staff there are very freindly indeed.

Peterculter golf course is one of the more challenging and best situated in the Dee River valley. The holes span several terraces of the Dee river and so the course has significant relief. The par fours are all challenging and require some thought. The fives are reachable in two with a good drive and second shot. And the par threes, especially the 15th at 220 yards, are rewarding to try and hit. The views are spectacular and the atmosphere bracing. The club house, being a new course, is very well appointed and the proshop is well stocked. Mary Culter House is directly across the river and offers 4 star lodging and food.
