Praa Sands Golf Club

I played this course in early June, 2006. On the whole, I was rather disappointed. It cost £17 to go around 9-holes twice, which given the course seems excessive. There is very little variety to the holes except they are either uphill or downhill. If I went back, all I would take would be a 3-wood, a wedge and a putter. The greens were in very good condition however. The final straw for me was hiring a trolley that had no straps so my bag kept falling off.

Played this course in fine weather on 12.06.2003. Even though the course isn't very long it can prove taxing because the targets are quite small. The course was in superb nick, especially the greens (flat and fast) - apart from the 4th where gulls decided to have a mid-morning sun-bathe and had left feathers all over the green. Overall a very enjoyable round and well worth the money.
