Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh

A lovely parkland course which was in immaculate condition despite recent heavy rain. The impressive traditional clubhouse contains excellent facilities and the welcome we received was warm. There is plenty to interest the low handicapper, while we normal mortals can score well if we keep it straight and away from the mature trees which adorn the course. Greens were very true, if, understandably, a little slow. If you're in Edinburgh, give it a try.

A nice traditional flat layout with a delightful old clubhouse sets you up for a good day out on this men only club. The famous barnton whistler is a member here so watch out for a few loose drives!!!
