4 reviews of Santa Ponsa Golf Club One
Played here in early October as a part of a large group of tourists. This course has obviously held some fairly major competitions in the past see the clubhouse or listen to the course marshals! A nice course but not one that fills you full of memories either good or bad, possibly as it was the last day of our tour!
Played as part of a tour in May 2005. The course has obviously held major tournaments in the past (just look at the boards in the clubhouse) A course in good condition generally but getting a bit neglected in places. Good quality medium paced greens and a good layout. Suggest a buggy which can be used anywhere on the course (the only such case out of the 6 courses we played on the island)
THIS COURSE IS EXCELLENT,EVEN IN WINTER TIME JANUARY THE FAIRWAYS AND GREENS ARE IMMACULATE, A FAIRLY HARD COURSE TO PLAY WITH LOTS OF WATER AND TREES THE TENTH HOLE IS SOMETHING A PROFESSIONAL WOULD STRUGGLE WITH IT IS SAVAGELY HARD ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WIND IS IN YOUR FACE IT IS LIKE A 750 YARD PAR 5 A MUST FGOR ALL TYPES OF PLAYER FROM AVERAGE TO SOMEONE AS GOOD AS MYSELF WHO IS BRILLIANT. JUST PLAY IT AND SEE
