Stressholme Golf Centre

I played Stressholme on 18th July 07 and found it (for a municipal course) very well maintained and challenging in places. It is a relatively forgiving golf course for high handicappers and is a stress free, thouroughly enjoyable course to play. I would recommend the course to any player of any standard and would guarantee an excellent 18 holes (and a fine 19th too!!) Well done to all at Stressholme golf course.

Stressholme is a very nice course. The fist hole you have to drive through a narrow gap in the trees and if made gives a confodence booster for the rest of the round. Inclides a very tricky par 3 3rd where you need to hit the green or accept a lost ball. The back nine is challenging but many holes are the same. overall though it is well kept and one of the better courses in the area.
