Tankersley Park Golf Club Ltd

Took our golf society here on 17th of September and I have to say this was a great day, all down the the course, food, staff and price. Which is everything, we couldn't fault the place. The greens were the the best I have played on all year and possibly in the top 5 greens in 22 years of club golf. The rest of the course was neat and tidy which after a whole season of play was remarkable. The M1 might be noisy but don't let this put you off as the track is entertaining, it makes you think but is not a brut (with exception of the 18th). The club house is relatively new with all the fascilities you need which includes friendly staff and great food. All of our society thought it was brilliant and could not fault it. WELL DONE TANKERSLEY PARK GOLF CLUB!

Played here late November 2001 on a 2-fore-1 deal , it was a terrible week all week with torrential rain , yet the greens here were the BEST i've ever played on in winter time. The roll was like being on a fast carpet , superb!!! Good layout of holes , all different & interesting , looking forward to going back this November aswell!!

An exellent course with superb facilities. Will test the best.

Excellent golf course (if a little pricey!). Lovely greens and challenging holes. A little undulating but not overly tiring. A good course for a society day out with welcoming Pro's and clubhouse staff.

A tough and demanding course with a need for accurate driving.The 18th was chosen by Marc Roe as his choice for the toughest finishing hole in Yorkshire.
