Beautiful course, superb greens and lots of different types of trees. Played in autum and it was extremely pretty. Pro shop staff and members couldn't be nicer, playing through wasn't a problem. Drives just seemed to keep rolling forever, long par 4's weren't a problem if you hit the fairway. My only minor gripe was that I'm pretty sure that one of the green keepers was following me round with the hedge trimmer for the first 9 holes. £27.50 through their on-line tee booking system was an absolute bargin considering how quiet it was and how good the greens were.

Visited Friday 8th November 2013. Pro shop staff were very welcoming and pleasant - all too often you find staff who don't give a damn - not so here. The course was in great shape - tees, fairways, bunkers and greens superb, and at £26 on a County Card, great value. However...... In the clubhouse afterwards, it was pointed out rather undiplomatically that trainers were not allowed in the area that we were in, and to my astonishment a member commented to my wife that women have only been allowed in that area since last year! Thought these dinosaurs were long gone, but apparently they still thrive in Coulsdon!

This really is a hidden gem. Played here mid week at the reduced green fee of 25 quid. Received a very warm and cheerful welcome in the pro shop including directions to the excellent practise facilities. The course is a delight: some open, long holes, some shorter, tighter variants and all in great nick. It was a lousy day, rain falling on already sodden ground yet all 18 greens were open. It's the sort of place that'd be great just to walk around, very picturesque, with some magnificent trees. Not many members around, as I say, it was wazzing down, but, those we did meet were very friendly. Looking forward to going back when the sun shines.

Played here on a warm Friday afternoon. An excellent course with some very attractive holes. A long course 6423 off the yellows 6720 the whites. Course in excellent condition. My only gripe, as a relatively short hitter, was the proliferation of long par 4's. The course is made up of three par 3's two par 5's and thirteen mainly long par 4's The large traditional club house has all the facilities you would expect and the staff and locals were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Played here on Monday 19th December (£15 using a green free voucher ). A more than decent parkland course in an urban area. Staight away it had a nice feel & there are plenty of good holes here. The excellent bunkering & the many specimen trees make a lot of holes look good off the tee & really enhance the course . Further classy touches are heather tee surrounds ( why don't more clubs do this ) & smart hole plan signs . Good overall course condition & the course seems to drain well. One small quibble was that the soft underfoot greens were footprinty although this didn't seem to affect the roll as they ran true . Green speed was medium . Seems to be a thriving club as the car park was fairly full for a Monday . A course that's well worth playing. Kevin B.

I am a member at Woodcote Park and i play off respectable 8 handicap. I love playing the course as it brings on a new challenge every time you play it. I would definately recommend it to any of my mates. I would like to see more juniors in the club as i am one. The people at the club are very kind and will help you with any of your needs.

I played this course with a society last year. the layout is excellent with many challenging holes. The putting surfaces were very frustrating being neither true nor consistent. the attitude of members to us could have been better. they did seem to regard us as no more than intruders to their course. The bunkers were numerous and as good as i have ever played. It was a good day which with a bit of effort from the club could have been better.
