Played this course on a beautiful sunny day with hardly any wind (the course must be more challenging if the wind got up). Was very impressed with the condition of the course, the views and the greens and although not a long course it had a few challenging holes. Locals where very helpful and the pro shop/bar staff where also very accommadating. All in all if you get a chance to play I would highly recommend it, the only down point to me was the dangerous 16th and 17th where balls are flying all over the shop, but in fairness you are warned.

I am a regular visitor to Falmouth and have played the course a number of times. I usually play during summer evenings when the course is fairly quiet. The weather and views have been fabulous, complementing a number of very enjoyable rounds. Wenworth it isn't but neither are the prices which are very reasonable. It is a reasonably testing play for mid handicappers and can be tricky when the wind blows in of the sea. Staff and members are friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit for holidaymakers wishing to take a break from beaches, pasties and icecream.

We enjoyed playing Falmouth - a childhood dream finally realised after nearly 40 years! The views out to sea and even inland towards Falmouth are special. This is a mainly parkland course on a headland. The course is not long, but is tight in places, requiring care from the tee. There are some short par fours on the back nine - don't be tempted to go for the greens, unless you've really got your A-game! The greens are good, with a nice, steady pace and some subtle breaks. The fairways are also in good condition. The course is rather hilly and we had a buggy - very useful for me, but is certainly walkable. The pro and staff made us feel very welcome here.

This was my second time playing the course and at 15 years of age it took a lot out of me to play this course but i found it extremely challenging and fun to play. the coastal views just add to the excitement and make shot play a lot easier. i would definately play this course again and after having a round of 109 when having a 33 handicap i hope its not too far in the future!!!!!

Played here March 06 ( £15 using 2 FORE 1 ). Played here as part of a golfing holiday but i wouldn't recommend others do if you're looking for top quality ..It was a bit of a low key ending after having played some quality links courses .It's parkland /clifftop but there are only a handful of holes with coastal views .The rest of the inland holes i found uninspiring & also hard work as there are half a dozen uphill struggles. It was tee mats all the way & the fairway condition could have been better as i constantly had mud on my ball. Friendly in the clubhouse & good food but overall i wouldn't be particularly fussed about playing here again . Kevin B.

The experience of playing Falmouth is somewhere up amongst my golfing favourites. We were spoilt with some beautiful weather, but the setting of this course is stunning – the backdrop of elevated coastal views are amongst the best you are likely to see anywhere. Despite being criticised for slow play (we got round in a shade over 3 and half hours!), there was a very friendly atmosphere around the club. Some really testing holes, requiring distance and accuracy coupled with afore mentioned scenery, made for a truly superb golfing experience. Adverse weather would I’m sure make this an entirely different proposition, but I would very much recommend this one!

What a challenge for golfers and for your legs. Some great holes which play very long and the views that you have around Falmouth bay must be some of the best in England. The members are a great bunch and all were very friendly. Do not be in a hurry in the morning as it is a hard walk up the hills. My tip is hire a buggy and just watch the world go by in between shots. Can't wait for next Easter to go back
