fantastic course with interesting holes from start to finish. The course is difficult to begin with, especially 4 and 6, 4 has a tee short into a narrow valley around 50ft below and 6 plays into the wind with a choice of two fairways, the one on the left offering a better angle to approach the green. The back 9 is easier, but not much so. There are some hills, but I didn't find it tiring like the last reviewer and most tees were right next to the previous green! The course was in great condition and the greens were the fastest and truest I have played this year. I would thoroughly recommend a round here if in Sevenoaks. It is vastly superior to any other course in the area, with the uniqueness of the setting and the interesting layout.

Played here this week with my company society and had a very pleasant day out. Club is friendly and serves very nice bacon rolls! We were playing three balls and still got round in just over 4 hours which was excellent. The course was inevitably a bit dry on the fairways given the weather this summer, but the greens were green and true, and also reasonably receptive. Good mix of holes and quite a links feel to parts (despite the hills and valleys!) with deep drifts of bracken replacing seaside gorse and sea grasses. Particularly good holes would be the 3rd with a drive into a deep valley and then a bid pitch upto a much higher green, 8th - a nice little downhill par three with nowhere to bail out long and a hidden pond, 14th - a dog leg par 4 with OOB along the right and a nicely tucked away green, and the last par 3 - hole 16, which seems straightforward but the slopes and length make it a nice challenge. When all this is added to the beautiful countryside and fallow dear it is well worth a visit.

My father was captain of Sevenoaks Town G.C. so wanted to play his home course. Not disappointed, the greens were fantastic - true putts all day. Intend to bring a group from my home course in Sussex to play this extremely good course.

Played this a couple of weeks back. Apart from discovering that green fees are cash only, it's a fantastic place to play golf. The surroundings are really 'lived in'. The course looks totally at home and there's hardly a dull hole on the course. The views are great, the greens good, the members friendly, the deer wandering around are relaxing. It's just a shame we finished the last couple in the dark! Will certainly play there again.

I've had the chance to play Knole Park a couple of times together with members. The course is situated in lovely surroundings with a castle, a park full of deer, ancient anthills, walkers and bracken. Though it might seem a bit short it is not an easy course to play. The par fives are reachable for the longhitters but You must keep it straight. The course is a natural one with some nice views. The clubhouse is nice. The bar serves a nice ale or if You prefer it a nice bitter.

One of the finest courses in the South East. The free-draining terrain make for an outstanding round of golf throughout the season. The staff will give you an outstanding welcome, the views and condition of the course are second to none and there are few finer places to play golf. The Club does not welcome players without official handicaps and since this is a an 'out and back course'with one starting point, fourballs are not permitted. However, if you like traditional golf on a natural course, Knole Park is the golf club to visit.
