The first thing that strikes you are the views across the Firth of Clyde and south towards Arran - beautiful. Dont let the Par 65 fool you. Designed by James Braid, this little gem has some long Par 3's and Short Par 4's which will test most aspects of your game. Small greens with run off areas make accurate approaches a must.

A moorland course set in the hills above the village of Skelmorlie off the A78. The par 3's are all up-hill or down-hill and well protected with sand or rough. The wind and weather typically come from the direction of the Firth of Clyde making club selection for the approach to the par 4 & par 5 greens a tricky but interesting test. Nice course that I believe was designed by James Braid back in the late 1890's.
