1 review of St. Bees Golf Club

Played this course last week - what a splendid holiday golf course ! Right on the cliffs above St Bees beach, with great views over the sea and inland to the Lakeland Fells, it is a short but entertaining 9 holer, well kept, and by no means as easy as it looks. Greens are small, there are some challenging uphill and downhill shots, and a two club wind must be a standard feature. Above all it is ridiculously good value (£12 weekday green fee for adults, £7 for juniors). The clubhouse is only open in the afternoons, otherwise you pay via an honesty box. Well worth a visit during your Lake District holiday.
