I would say all in all a very good experience, loved the course and the club house atmosphere. Fantastic scenery on the holes around the club house. I am coming back for more for sure.

Played here midweek April 07. Further to my previous posting i've reassessed & i have to say i think this course is overated.I only played here again as i had a complementary round but i found the course uninspiring & tiring . There's a nice stretch of holes from 4 - 10 but after this the holes dragged & it became a slog to the point where we missed a couple of holes out. If i played here regularly i wouldn't look forward to the last 3 holes .(a long par 3 followed by a very long par 4 followed by an uninspiring straight par 5 with a big tree in the middle of the fairway where you have to walk back about 200 yards to the tee.) Still in fine condition. Kevin B.

Played here midweek November 06. I was fortunate enough to play here for next to nothing due to a contact at the club but if i had just turned up to play as a visitor i would have been asked to pay a green fee of £90 . I'm not sure if the club aren't that bothered about having visitors & are trying to scare people off or if they genuinely rate the course at this value. What you get here is a top quality exclusive type club with name members along with an impressive clubhouse & top class conditioning. The course itself is fairly open parkland with some mature trees dotted around along with some lakes & rivers .Although it's in pleasant surroundings there aren't any views to speak of. There's been plenty of money thrown into the design & many holes have highish sculpted mounds running along either side of the fairway to give them their own definition. Greens were true & very fast ,tees snooker table level & the fairways very good to the point where you didn't need to roll your ball over for Winter rules. There are exact yardages from every sprinkler head & you get given a current pin placement yardage booklet before you start. Three of the four par 3's here are long (the 3rd hole is 220 yards off whites)& i would have enjoyed them more if they had been shorter. To summarise ,although there is excellent conditioning & good design here i would say this wasn't anything more than a reasonable course .There are plenty of good holes but also a few bland ones too . Although I'm glad i played here it didn't really leave me wanting to come back for more. If i were to play here again i would be reluctant to pay more than £25. Kevin B.

Played here midweek November 06. I was fortunate enough to play here for next to nothing due to a contact at the club but if i had just turned up to play as a visitor i would have been asked to pay the astronomical green fee of £90 (during the week in the winter!).When you consider that Woking G.C. is £35 & Worplesden £40 anyone who payed this would have to have more money than sense.I'm not sure if the club aren't bothered about having visitors & are trying to scare people off or if they genuinely rate the course at this value. What you get here is a top end of the market exclusive club with name members along with an impressive clubhouse & top class conditioning. The course itself is fairly open parkland with some mature trees dotted around. There aren't any views to speak of & it's close to the M40.The holes have been well designed & many of them have highish sculpted mounds running along either side of the fairway to give them their own definition. This is a great course, the greens are always perfect even in deepest winter.Every hole is playable and scoreable if you keep your head,7 and 8 are a real challenge,as is 17,a real monster for a par four, play it as a five. The clubhouse must take special mention as the bar area is has a real welcoming feel, the pro shop staff could not be friendlier or more helpfull, they even have made a secure car park.Location is great being close to M25 AND M40 and also not far from Denham station

A beautiful course with easy access from the M25. I agree that it's not worth a £70 green fee but the joy of that for someone who plays here on a society or corporate day is that the course is very quiet! There are plenty of bunkers and a few splashes of water on the course but if you're straight off the tee you will score well. 10/10 for the quality of the course, 2/10 for value for money.

A nice above average new course with a super clubhouse (do try the japanese bath) and a superb setting but this can not merit a £70 green fee. £30 would be closer to the mark. As far as the course is concerned the 7th and 8th are good holes. The greens tend to be very big so that the course can be changed quite dramatically using different pin positions.
