The course was in great condition, the greens were like carpets. I have played this course a couple of times now and really enjoy it. Its not long so you could get round without using the driver, but, if you do then there is a reward for being brave. The greens are small and often raised, which means you will probably have a tricky pitch if your just a couple of yards off, once on the green they are fast but true. Its difficult to give this course a challange rating - all i can say is length doesnt matter, its how straight you are. Club house, practice ground and practice green are all good...
1st time I've visited and quite impressed. Not the longest of courses but in very good nick. Greens are excellent especially considering lack of rain in recent weeks. Although I've given the course a 5 rating for difficulty, that is because it felt fairly easy, but in reality it is not easy to score low on. No par 5s to bully and a lot of holes require accurate iron shots. If your weakest point is driving but you are good with your irons then this is the course for you, as no real necessity to use a driver. Irons off most tees give you good position. General facilities were good and clubhouse excellent.
