1 review of Portmarnock Golf Club

Without question, Portmarnock Golf Club is the best course you will play in Ireland and quite possibly Europe. I had read all the hype before playing (rankings, reviews etc) and was suitably impressed. From the oak panelled clubhouse to the welcome from the staff, Portmarnock is one of the UK's true golfing experiences. In my opinion this course is right up there with Royal St George's in England, Muirfield in Scotland and Cypress Point in the US. If I could organise a 72 tournament, Portmarnock would feature alongside the three courses aforementioned. In short, get your clubs ready and book a tee-time, Portmarnock is simply that good.
