Boldon Golf Club Ltd

I have played here a few times and find it a really enjoyable if unusual course. The first 5 holes consist of 3 very short par 4s and two par 3s so you should get of to a good start. After that things get longer and a bit tougher including the stand out hole which is the par 5 8th which features and enormus rock outcrop in the miidle of the fairway. the place is in good condition and the higher parts of the course offer great views of the surrounding towns. Overall it is a bit to short and the holes a bit to crammed in to be a top class course but it is nevertheless very enjoyable. Good friendly clubhouse too.

just became a member here and the course and facilities are great, although the course has been changed slightly, if you get a good start you still know birdie oppurtunities on the back 9. The winter 12th hole is a personal favourite whilst the short par 4 17th offers great views before teeing of over a quarry. all in all a challenging course but yet pars are esy to come by. would recommend to anyone. the bar staff are friendly and the food is great.
