myself and a playing partner played at the newly named centurion park on 9th September 2010 and i have to say after hearing a lot of negative comments from local golfers its a course i really enjoyed! its a parkland course which was very well maintained and the greens were immaculate and probably some of the best ive played on this season! i enjoyed the back nine more than the front with either the par 3 13th or par 4 17th been my favourite hole, but all 18 are well worth playing and enjoyable. its a course i would certainly return to and play again without hesitation and i would say pay no attention to the negative comments that people say and give centurion a go! overall 7 out of 10
now renamed the centurian golf course; visited here for a society do in may the course lay out is good but the greens were poor probably due to the harsh winter weather which had caused a few problems downsides there was no scorecards available and there was no flexabilty in the society package for players who couldn't stay for a meal, they hadto pay for the meal eating or not; not a god advertisement to try and get societies to return
Played here 29.04.2008, and considering the rain we have had recently, the course was fairly dry. Greens looked superb from a distance but were a nightmare to putt on. Some very nice holes, well worth a visit if you are looking for some cheap golf in the area. Pro shop isnt very well stocked, however there is a range and changing facilities.
very challenging course a true test of golf.
